Cancellation Timeline

• 14+ days before event: Full refund
• 7–13 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Important: Refund eligibility is based on the event date, not the booking request date.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

Venue Cancellation

If the venue cancels, renter will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
