Venue Booking Terms

(Venue to Renter Agreement)

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered reserved once approved by the venue administrator.

The venue reserves the right to cancel bookings in accordance with its policies.

2. Payment

Payment may be required according to venue policy. Accepted payment methods:

• Cash
• Card
• E-transfer
• Cheque

Payment instructions will be provided upon approval.

3. Cancellation

See Refund Policy for full details.

4. Liability

Renter assumes responsibility for damages, compliance with venue rules, and required permits.

Use of the venue is subject to all posted rules and applicable laws.

5. Agreement

By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
